What is your return/exchange policy?

Any product you order from our website, are handcrafted just for you. We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love making them for you. So we triple check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns, if you change your mind. we’ll be glad to replace any item you receive wrong, damaged or low quality.

Please follow these steps in such rare cases:

1. Email – namaste@harshvi with your (Order ID) in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
2. Describe in as much detail as possible, the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
3. We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours and take it forward.

Cancellation Policy

When & how can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please email us your order details at namaste@harshvi.com
