Once you place the order, below are the dispatch and delivery timelines we try and adhere to for the product deliveries.
Economy Shipping | Dispatches in 2-4 working days | Delivery in 7-25 working days.
Expedited Shipping | Dispatches in 1-2 working days | Delivery in 3-10 working days.
While we strive to deliver your products within the above mentioned time frames, there may be reasons beyond our control that may delay deliveries. In such circumstances, our team will email you informing the status of your order.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email on your registered email id. You can easily track your order by clicking on the “Track Order” tab” at the bottom of our home page.
Haven’t received an email yet? Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id and we would be happy to track it down for you.
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if the amount has been deducted. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, we would request you to contact your bank.

You can cancel your order only within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please email us your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order has not been dispatched yet from our warehouse, we are more than happy to correct the shipping address for you.
Just send a note to email@example.com with your correct shipping address with the order id and we will update it for you.
If the order is dispatched, you will have to bear the return and shipment charges.
Any product you order from our website, are handcrafted just for you. We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love making them for you. So we triple check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns, if you change your mind. we’ll be glad to replace any item you receive wrong, damaged or low quality.
Please follow these steps in such rare cases:
- Email – namaste@harshvi with your (Order ID) in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
- Describe in as much detail as possible, the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
- We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours and take it forward.
- Please review your order confirmation email as soon as possible after you place your order to make sure that your order is correct. If you ordered the wrong product, we can usually correct the problem only within 12 hours of placing the order.
- We do not accept return/exchange for products purchased on discount and offers.
- Please note that the cost of returning the product to harshvi.com is the responsibility of the purchaser.
